In today's world, it can be challenging to distinguish between traditional art and art created by artificial intelligence. The rise of AI-generated art has sparked a debate about the future of creative expression and the role of human artists.

Impact of AI on Traditional Art
Accessibility: AI tools have made art creation more accessible to a wider audience, allowing individuals without formal training to create visually appealing works.
Collaboration: Many artists are using AI as a tool to enhance their creative processes, leading to new forms of collaboration between human and machine.
Market Disruption: The proliferation of AI-generated art has raised questions about the value of traditional art and how it is perceived in the market.
Authenticity Concerns: There is an ongoing debate about the authenticity and emotional depth of art created by AI compared to that made by human hands.
Preserving Traditional Art
Emphasizing Human Creativity: Traditional artists can focus on unique styles and personal narratives that AI cannot replicate.
Community Engagement: Artists can engage with their communities through workshops and exhibitions, highlighting the importance of human connection in art.
Hybrid Approaches: Combining traditional techniques with AI can lead to innovative art forms that respect both practices.
Conclusion
I personally still feel that traditional art is always going to be around!
It looks totally different to AI generated images and obviously has that human connection to it. If you look again at my example and the AI example of the dogs above, you will notice that the AI generated image looks very smooth and too polished. Almost looks plastic!
While AI is maybe reshaping the landscape of art, it does not necessarily spell the end for traditional art. Instead, it presents an opportunity for evolution and collaboration within the artistic community.
What do you think?
Take care!
